Believer’s Day Program

A Day in the life of the BELIEVER’s

All starts at 9:00am in our wheelchair friendly day centre
(Or earlier if you would like to be picked up!)

9:00am-9:30am – Yoga or Zumba
(Depending on the day)

9:30am-10:00am – Light Morning Tea
(Food)

10:00am-12:00noon – Dedicated Activity
(All with our awesome staff)

12:00noon-1:00pm – Lunch
(More yummy food!)

1:00pm-1:30pm – Free Choice
(Mi Play, Board Games, Chatching Up with Friends)

1:30pm-2:30pm – Building on Life Skills
(We’ve got this!)

2:30pm-3:00pm – Meditation
(Time to wind down after an amazing day)

3:00pm – Home Time
(And more time with us if you’d like to be dropped off)
